Our primary material is top-grain cowhide leather, renowned for its durability, supple texture, and timeless appeal. Some of our products may also feature premium hardware and accents.

2. How do I care for my Claire Chase item? Proper care is essential to maintain the beauty and longevity of your Claire Chase product. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner to moisturize the leather and protect it from drying out. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and moisture, and always store your product in a cool, dry place when not in use. For detailed care instructions, please refer to our Care Guide.

3. Do you offer warranty or repairs for your products? Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products. Claire Chase offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. 6. Do you offer personalization or customization options for your products? We can personalize all of our products. In house would be de-bossed initials, names or dates (shipped within 2 business days) ; we can also do a logo (shipped within 10 business days) (additional fees apply). We also offer customization of the leather colors, customized step and repeat lining, and/or embroidery with larger orders produced in the factory (production times vary) (additional fees apply)
